Once we receive your refund request:
- We'll confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to premium course content will be revoked
- Any downloaded materials remain available for personal use
- You can still access free content and resources
- You're welcome to repurchase at any time if you change your mind
Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period

- Subscription renewals (unless canceled before renewal date)
Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
For annual premium feature renewals (€49/year):
- You can cancel your renewal at any time before the renewal date
- Once renewed, the new subscription period is subject to the 7-day refund policy
- If you don't cancel before renewal, you'll be charged for the next year
- You'll receive reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before renewal
